Common use of Timely Application Clause in Contracts

Timely Application. Producer must execute this Agreement no later than one week prior to any work by Performers or Background Actors. Upon clearance of the Project, SAG-AFTRA will make available to the Producer SAG-AFTRA Performer Employment Contracts, SAG-AFTRA Background Actor Contracts, a Final Cast List Information Sheet, and Production Time Reports.
