TIMELY NOTICE OF LITIGATION. (1) The Seller hereby agrees to immediately give notice to the Buyer of any anticipated or current litigation involving or in any way relating to this Purchase Order or pertinent subcontracts. Said notice shall include all relevant information with respect hereto.

  • Notice of Litigation Each Seller shall promptly notify the applicable Purchaser upon becoming aware of any Proceedings or threatened Proceedings concerning any Serviced Appointment, in each case, excluding Proceedings in servicer-managed mortgage-level litigation with respect to residential mortgage-backed securities transactions.
