Times for making representations and warranties. The representations and warranties set out in this Clause 15 (Representations and Warranties):- (a) are made on the Agreement Date; and (b) (with the exception of Clause 15.10 (Information Memorandum)) are deemed to be repeated by the Borrower on the date of each Request and the first day of each Interest Period with reference to the facts and circumstances then existing.

Times for making representations and warranties.
