Times for making representations. (a) The representations set out in this Clause 14 are made by the Borrower on the date of this Agreement. (b) Unless a representation is expressed to be given at a specific date, each representation is deemed to be repeated by the Borrower on the date of each Request, the date of each Drawing under a Loan and annually on each anniversary of the first Utilisation Date when the Borrower shall provide to the Facility Agent an Annual Compliance Certificate. (c) When a representation is repeated, it is applied to the circumstances existing at the time of repetition.

Times for making representations. (a) The representations set out in this Clause 14 are made by the Borrower Company on the date of this Agreement. (b) Unless a representation is expressed to be given at a specific date, each representation is deemed to be repeated by by: (i) each Additional Borrower and the Company on the date that Additional Borrower becomes a Borrower; and (ii) each Borrower on the date of each Request, Request and the date first day of each Drawing under a Loan and annually on each anniversary of the first Utilisation Date when the Borrower shall provide to the Facility Agent an Annual Compliance CertificateInterest Period. (c) When a representation is repeated, it is applied to the circumstances existing at the time of repetition.

(c) When a representation is repeated, it is applied to the circumstances existing at the time of repetition.

(c) When a representation is repeated, it is applied to the circumstances existing at the time of repetition.

(b) Unless a representation is expressed to be given at a specific date, each representation is deemed to be repeated by the Borrower Security Parties on the date of each Request, the date of each Drawing under Loan is made (other than a Loan Rollover Loan) and annually on each anniversary of the first Utilisation Date when the Borrower Security Parties shall provide to the Facility Agent an Annual Compliance Certificate. (c) When a representation is repeated, it is applied to the circumstances existing at the time of repetition.
