Times for making representations. (a) The representations set out in this Clause are made by the Company on the date of this Agreement. (b) Each Repeating Representation is expressly repeated by the Company in relation to a Request made by it on the date of each Request in such Request and deemed to be repeated on each Utilisation Date and at the start of each Term. (c) When a representation is repeated, it is applied to the circumstances existing at the time of repetition.
