Common use of Times for making representations Clause in Contracts

Times for making representations. (a) The representations and warranties set out in this Deed (including in this Clause) are made on the date of this Deed. (b) Unless a representation and warranty is expressed to be given at a specific date, each representation and warranty under this Deed is deemed to be made by each Chargor by reference to the facts and circumstances then existing on each date during the Security Period.
