Times of Payments of Apportioned Costs. The fiscal year and times or period of the District shall be the same as the fiscal period of the member towns as provided by law, and the word year or fiscal year as it relates in this Agreement to a fiscal or budget year shall mean the fiscal year of the District. Notwithstanding any contrary provisions of this Agreement, the dates on or before which the respective percentages of the annual share of costs of the District apportioned to each member town shall be paid as follows: On or before August 15 at least 20% On or before November 1 at least 30% On or before February 15 at least 20% On or before April 15 at least 30%
