Timing of and No Duplication of Payments. All payments payable to Senior Officer pursuant to this Agreement shall be paid as soon as practicable after such amounts have become fully vested and determinable. In addition, Senior Officer shall not be entitled to receive duplicate payments under any of the provisions of this Agreement.
