Common use of Timing of Change Order Proposal Submission Clause in Contracts

Timing of Change Order Proposal Submission. As a condition precedent to Contractor’s right to a Change Order, Contractor shall submit to Owner a Change Order Proposal under this Article within 42 days after the furnishing of a written notice under Article 14.5.
