Common use of Timing of Final Annual Project Report Clause in Contracts

Timing of Final Annual Project Report. Unless otherwise specified in the award, the final annual project report must be submitted in Xxxxxxxx.xxx no later than 120-days following the end date of the award. As reflected in the Project Report System, the report is considered due during the 120-day period. If the report has not been submitted by the PI or co-PI and approved by the cognizant NSF Program Officer within the 120-day period, the report becomes overdue.
