Timing of Granting of Awards. The date of grant of an Award shall, for all purposes, be the date on which the Administrator makes the determination granting such Award or such other future date as is determined by the Administrator. Notice of the determination shall be given to each Service Personnel to whom an Award is so granted within a reasonable time after such grant.
