Timing of Milestone Payments. The Parties hereby acknowledge and agree that as of the date of this Agreement, Auxilium has satisfied its payment obligations to BTC for Milestones 1, 2 and 3. For milestones 4 and 5, payment shall be made within thirty (30) days after the occurrence of the event giving rise to a payment obligation hereunder. All payments shall be made by wire transfer in United States Dollars to the credit of such bank account as may be designated, from time to time, by BTC in writing.
