Timing of Payment or Performance. If the day specified in this Agreement for giving any notice, the payment of any obligation, performing any covenant, duty or obligation, or taking any action is not a Business Day (or if the period during which any notice is required to be given, payment to be made, any covenant, duty or obligation is required to be performed, or any action is required to be taken expires on a day that is not a Business Day), then the date for giving such notice, making such payment, performing such covenant, duty or obligation, or taking such action (and the expiration date of such period during which notice is required to be given, any covenant, duty or obligation is required to be performed, or any action is required to be taken) shall be the next day that is a Business Day.
