Timing of Payment or Performance. When payment of any obligation or the performance of any covenant, duty or obligation is stated to be due or performance required on a day which is not a Business Day, the date of such payment (other than as described in the definition of “Interest Period”, “Revolving Maturity Date”, “Term Maturity Date” and as described in Section 2.17(c) and Section 2.17(d)) or performance shall extend to the immediately succeeding Business Day, and, in the case of any payment accruing interest or fees, interest or fees thereon shall be payable for the period of such extension.
