Timing of Payment - Variable Components. > The District shall pay to the State on or before the fifteenth day of each month of each year, commencing with the year of initial water delivery to the District, the charges to the District under the variable operation, maintenance, power, and replacement components of the Delta Water Charge and Transportation Charge, respectively, for which a statement was received by the District during the preceding month pursuant to subdivision (e) of this article, as such charges are stated in such statement.
