Tire Amnesty Events. County shall promote, manage, staff, and operate annual tire amnesty events, alternating the event site from one franchise area to the next. County shall accept passenger car and similar-sized tires up to a maximum of nine (9) tires per customer, removed from rims. No commercial tires will be accepted except during tire amnesty events designated for such oversized tires.
