Title 77 RCW. Provided the District is in compliance with the Agreement, the Permit, and the FERC license provisions relating to Plan Species, WDFW shall not request additional protection or mitigation for Plan Species under Title 77 RCW as now exists or as may be amended, unless WDFW is required to take such action by statute.
