Common use of Title and Capacity Clause in Contracts

Title and Capacity. The Company hereby agrees to continue to employ the Executive, and the Executive hereby accepts continued employment with the Company, under the terms set forth in this Agreement. The Executive will serve as the Vice President, Alliance Management Strategy & Corporate Development and shall perform such duties as are ordinary, customary and necessary in such role. The Executive will report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer. The Executive shall devote his full business time, skill and attention to the performance of his duties on behalf of the Company.

The Executive will serve as the Senior Vice President, Alliance Management Strategy & Corporate Development Finance and shall perform such duties as are ordinary, customary and necessary in such role. The Executive will report directly to the Chief Strategy Financial Officer. The Executive shall devote his the Executive’s full business time, skill and attention to the performance of his the Executive’s duties on behalf of the Company.

The Executive shall devote his full business time, skill and attention to the performance of his duties on behalf of the Company.

During the Executive’s employment with the Company, the Executive will devote Executive’s best efforts and substantially all of Executive’s business time and attention to the business of the Company, except for vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacities permitted by the Company’s general employment policies. The Executive will serve in an executive capacity as the Senior Vice President, Alliance Management Strategy & Corporate Development President and shall perform such duties as are ordinary, customary and necessary in such roleChief Financial Officer of the Company.
