Common use of Title and Headings; Construction Clause in Contracts

Title and Headings; Construction. Titles and headings to Sections and paragraphs are for the purpose of reference only and will in no way limit, define or otherwise affect the provisions of this Agreement. Any and all Exhibits referred to in this Agreement are, by such reference, incorporated herein and made a part hereof for all purposes. The words “herein”, “hereof”, “hereunder” and other compounds of the word “here” will refer to the entire Agreement and not to any particular provision hereof. Both parties to this Agreement have approved all language in this Agreement and the language in this Agreement will not be strictly construed in favor of or against either party.
