Common use of Title and Ownership of Improvements Clause in Contracts

Title and Ownership of Improvements. All improvements of whatever kind or nature that are, under the laws of the State of Florida, part of the realty, including but not limited to, all equipment installed therein, heating and air conditioning equipment, interior and exterior light fixtures, and all other permanent improvements that become part of the realty placed upon the Operations Areas, with or without consent of Authority, shall: (i) become a part of the Operations Areas; (ii) become the property of Authority upon expiration or termination of this Agreement; and (iii) remain on the Operations Areas unless otherwise directed by the Authority.
