Title and Ownership Rights. The Department retains title to and all ownership rights in all data and content, including but not limited to multimedia or images (graphics, audio, and video), text, and the like provided by the Department (the "Content"), but grants Contractor the right to access and use Content for the purpose of complying with its obligations under this Contract and any applicable statement of work.
