Title and Ownership. Unless expressly provided herein, Grantee shall retain all title and ownership of the Work. Notwithstanding Xxxxxxx’s right to title and ownership, the Council shall be given all right, copyright, and/or license to use, record, reproduce and/or depict the Work to reasonably further its mission including, but not limited to, publicizing and promoting the Council.
