Common use of Title, Conservation and Disposition of REO Property Clause in Contracts

Title, Conservation and Disposition of REO Property. (a) This Section shall apply only to REO Properties acquired for the account of the Trustee and shall not apply to any REO Property relating to a Mortgage Loan which was purchased or repurchased from the Trustee pursuant to any provision hereof. In the event that title to any such REO Property is acquired, the deed or certificate of sale shall be issued to the Trust, or if not permitted by law, to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company (or, if applicable, the name of the successor Trustee) as Trustee for HSI Asset Securitization Corporation Trust 2006-WMC1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-WMC1, or to its nominee, for the benefit of the Certificateholders.
