Title, Delivery, Shipping Terms and Risk of Loss. (a) Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, Seller shall deliver the Goods to the delivery point specified in Exhibit A (“Delivery Point”) using Seller's standard methods for packaging and shipping. Delivery of the Goods shall be made FOB Delivery Point.
