Title; Duties; Reporting. You will continue to serve as the Company’s President of Consumer Electronics and shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. You shall be a member of the Company’s senior management team and shall have such duties and responsibilities as shall be consistent with your position. You shall work out of the Company’s headquarters in Beverly Hills, California. You will also devote your full time, efforts, abilities, and energies to promote the general welfare and interests of the Company and any related enterprises of the Company. You will loyally, conscientiously, and professionally do and perform all duties and responsibilities of your position, as well as any other duties and responsibilities as will be reasonably assigned to you by the Company, consistent with your position. You will strictly adhere to and obey all Company rules, policies, procedures, regulations and guidelines including, but not limited to, those contained in the Company’s employee handbook, as well as any others that the Company may establish. You will strictly adhere to all applicable state and/or federal laws and/or regulations relating to your employment with the Company.

You will also devote your full time, efforts, abilities, and energies to promote the general welfare and interests of the Company and any related enterprises of the Company. You will loyally, conscientiously, and professionally do and perform all duties and responsibilities of your position, as well as any other duties and responsibilities as will be reasonably assigned to you by the Company, consistent with your position.
