Title Report, Buyer Copies. Within seven (7) days after the Effective Date, Seller will order from Title Provider either (a) the Title Binder, or (b) the Title Opinion. Upon r ecei pt , S x x x x x sha ll immediately provide, or cause to be provided, to Closing Agent electronic copies of the Title Binder or Title Opinion, as applicable, and all documents of record referenced therein.
