Common use of Title Report, Municipal Department Searches and Survey Clause in Contracts

Title Report, Municipal Department Searches and Survey. On or prior to the Commencement Date, the Lessee will obtain and deliver to the Agency (a) a title report (in form and substance acceptable to the Agency) reflecting all matters of record with respect to the Land and Existing Improvements, (b) a full set of municipal department search results showing only Permitted Encumbrances, and (c) a current or updated survey of each of the Land and the Existing Improvements certified to the Agency.

On or prior to the Commencement Date, the Lessee will obtain and deliver to the Agency (ax) a title report (in form and substance acceptable to the Agency) reflecting all matters of record with respect to the Land and Existing Improvements, (by) a full set of municipal department search results showing only Permitted Encumbrances, and (cz) a current or updated survey of each of the Land and the Existing Improvements certified to the Agency.
