Title to Documents; Copyrights. The reports, forms and other materials produced by the CDSS pursuant to this Agreement are the property of the CDSS and shall not be subject to any copyright claimed by the County, its employees, subcontractors or agents. However, the County may use for administrative purposes completed materials developed or produced by the CDSS. Incomplete documents or projects may not be used without the prior written consent of the CDSS. Records, reports, or documents containing personal or confidential information shall not be used for any commercial purpose and shall not be copyrighted by either Party, including the employees, officers, directors, or agents of each Party.
