CONFLICT RESOLUTION REGARDING CASE MANAGEMENT. The County and the CDSS will use customary and available problem solving methods and resources in efforts to resolve differences. Any disagreements or conflicts regarding a case will be resolved as follows: The primary social workers from the County and the CDSS will meet and confer to resolve differences. If the primary social workers are unable to resolve differences, the County supervisor and the CDSS supervisor and primary social workers will meet and confer to resolve differences. If the supervisors and social workers are unable to resolve differences, the County Program Manager and the CDSS’ Adoptions Regional Office Manager and their respective supervisors and social workers will meet and confer to resolve differences. If issues that are regulatory or statutory in nature cannot be resolved adequately at the local level through the above procedures, the matter in dispute will be referred in writing to the appropriate state administrative office(s) for clarification and direction.
