Common use of Title to Facility and Products Clause in Contracts

Title to Facility and Products. Seller has and shall throughout the Term have good and marketable title to the Facility and all Products sold and delivered to Buyer under this Agreement, and all Products sold and delivered to Buyer under this Agreement shall be free and clear of all liens, charges and encumbrances. Seller has not sold and shall not sell any such Products to any other Person, and no Person other than Seller can claim an interest in any Product to be sold to Buyer under this Agreement.
