Common use of TITLE TO FIXTURES Clause in Contracts

TITLE TO FIXTURES. All personal property (including, without limitation, the Machines) placed on the Licensed Premises by Licensee shall be and remain the personal property of Licensee and, upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, Licensee shall, within ten (10) days thereafter and at its sole expense, remove from the Store all such personal property and restore the Licensed Premises to its original condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
