Common use of Title to Inventions Clause in Contracts

Title to Inventions. All inventions having as inventors solely employees or independent contractors of one Party in the course of the Parties’ performance under this Agreement, and all intellectual property rights pertaining to such inventions shall be the property of such Party.

Title to Inventions. All Except as provided in the following sentence, all inventions having as inventors solely employees or independent contractors of one Party in the course of the Parties’ performance under this Agreement, Agreement and all intellectual property rights pertaining to such inventions arising thereof (the “Sole Inventions”), shall be the property of such Party.

All inventions having as inventors solely employees or independent contractors of one Party in the course of the Parties’ performance under this Agreement, Agreement and all intellectual property rights pertaining to such inventions therein (“Sole Inventions”), shall be the property of such Party. All inventions having as inventors one or more employees or independent contractors of each of the Parties in the course of the Parties’ performance under this Agreement and all intellectual property rights therein (“Joint Inventions”) shall be jointly owned both Parties.
