TITLE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY NOT REMOVED. Title to any of Tenant Personal Property which is not removed by Tenant upon the expiration of the Term shall, at Landlord's election, vest in Landlord; provided, however, that Landlord may remove and dispose at Tenant's expense of any or all of such Tenant Personal Property which is not so removed by Tenant without obligation or accounting to the Tenant.
