Common use of Title to Physical Copies of Deposited Materials Clause in Contracts

Title to Physical Copies of Deposited Materials. (a) Depositor transfers to DSI in trust all legal title in and to the physical copies of the deposit materials provided to DSI from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. It is acknowledged by the parties hereto that such transfer by Depositor to DSI under this Section is not intended to, nor does it, transfer any intellectual property or other intangible rights in the deposit materials. DSI agrees to hold the deposit materials in trust for Depositor and Preferred Beneficiary as provided in this Agreement.
