Common use of Title to Receivables Clause in Contracts

Title to Receivables. The Receivable Files and the other documents delivered to the Collateral Custodian will be delivered from time to time to the Collateral Custodian for the sole purpose of holding for safekeeping. The Collateral Custodian shall not at any time have, or in any way attempt to assert, any interest in any Receivable held by it as custodian hereunder or in the related Receivable File, other than for collecting or enforcing such Receivable for the benefit of the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Secured Parties.
