Title to Remain in the Lessor; Quiet Enjoyment; Fuel Management; Location. (a) The Lessor and the Lessee hereby acknowledge that this Lease Agreement is a lease and is intended to provide for the obligations of the Lessee to pay installments of Rent as the same become due; that, subject to the provisions of Section 10(h), the Lessor has title to and is the owner of the Nuclear Material; and that the relationship between the Lessor and the Lessee shall always be only that of lessor and lessee.
