Title to Site. The Facility from the date hereof, until the termination of this Agreement, shall be owned in fee simple by the City, or in such lesser estate as, in the opinion of the City’s Attorney, is sufficient to permit the licensing or letting thereof by the City as herein provided, for the full term provided in this Agreement.
