Common use of Title to the Land Clause in Contracts

Title to the Land. ‌ 10.1 The Local Authority will procure that the Local Authority’s solicitor provides a Title Letter in respect of the Site to Homes England in accordance with paragraph 1.4 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement

Title to the Land. ‌ 10.1 The Local Authority will procure that the Local Authority’s solicitor provides a Title Letter in respect of the Site to Homes England in accordance with paragraph 1.4 1.8 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement.

Title to the Land. ‌ 10.1 The Local Authority will procure that the solicitor to the Local Authority’s solicitor provides Authority and/or a reputable firm of solicitors acceptable to Homes England actng for the relevant Site Owner provide Title Letter Letter(s) in respect of the Site to Homes England in accordance with paragraph 1.4 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement.

Title to the Land. ‌ 10.1 The Local Authority will procure that the Local Authority’s solicitor provides a Title Letter in respect of the Site to Homes England in accordance with paragraph 1.4 1.5 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement.
