Common use of Title to the Premises Clause in Contracts

Title to the Premises. ‌ Fee title to the Premises are and shall remain vested in County. Nothing contained in this Lease and no action or inaction by County shall be deemed or construed that County has granted to Lessee any right, power or permission to do any act or to make any agreement which may create, give rise to, or be the foundation for, any right, title, interest, lien, charge or other encumbrance upon the estate of County in the Premises.
