Common use of Title to the Trust Clause in Contracts

Title to the Trust. Title to the Trust shall be vested in and remain exclusively in the Trustees. Neither the Association, the District, nor any Employee or other beneficiary shall have any right, title or interest in the Trust nor any right to contributions to be made thereto, nor any claim against the District on account thereof, except only as provided from time to time by this Agreement.
