Common use of Title VI Assurance Clause in Contracts

Title VI Assurance. The CONSULTANT will be bound by Exhibit D, attached to and made a part of this Agreement, said assurance being entitled, “STANDARD TITLE VI/NONDISCRIMINATION ASSURANCES APPENDIX A & E.”
