Common use of Titled Agent Clause in Contracts

Titled Agent. The Titled Agents, in such capacities, assume no responsibility or obligation hereunder, including, without limitation, for servicing, enforcement or collection of any of the Loans, or for any duties as an agent hereunder for the Lenders. The titles of “Lead Arranger” and “Bookrunner” and “Syndication Agent” are solely honorific and imply no fiduciary responsibility on the part of the Titled Agents to the Administrative Agent, the Borrower or any Lender and the use of such title does not impose on the Titled Agents any duties or obligations greater than those of any other Lender or entitle the Titled Agents to any rights other than those to which any other Lender is entitled.
