Common use of Titles and Duties Clause in Contracts

Titles and Duties. Employer hereby employs Employee to perform, and Employee hereby accepts employment with Employer and agrees to perform the duties and responsibilities of PRESIDENT and CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER of the Employer, together with such additional powers and duties with respect to Employer's business as may be assigned to Employee by the Board of Directors of Employer during the Initial Term or any Renewal Terms. Employee also agrees to serve as a CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS of the Employer.
