Employment Term Positions and Duties. (a) Employment of Employee. SRS hereby employs Employee, and Employee hereby accepts employment with SRS, in the positions and with the duties and responsibilities set forth below and upon such other terms and conditions as are hereinafter stated.

Borow shall render services to Aeroflex principally at Aeroflex'x xxxporate headquarters, but he shall do such traveling on behalf of Aeroflex as shall be reasonably required in the course of the performance of his duties hereunder.

1.2 Term Employment of the Employee by the Company shall be effective November 1, 1999 and shall continue until such time as this Agreement is terminated as hereinafter set out in Section 1.3 or 4 herein.
