Common use of Titles and Duties Clause in Contracts

Titles and Duties. Your title will be Chief Executive Officer, and you will report directly to the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board"). As such, you will be responsible for performing such duties and responsibilities as are customarily assigned to such position, and to perform such other services as assigned from time to time by the Board, not inconsistent with your position. You will be expected to devote your full business time and attention to the business of the Company and the performance of your duties.
