Titling and Ownership of Accounts. The Account may only be owned in the name of one person who may make deposits and transfer or withdraw funds. The Account cannot be owned or titled as a joint account, trust account, a Uniform Transfers to Minors (UTMA) account or a Payable-On-Death (POD) account.
