TO ALLOW INSPECTION. 5.1 In accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Customer must allow the Authorised Officer or nominee access to the property at any time to: i) Measure flows; or ii) Take and analyse Trade Waste samples; or iii) Inspect fittings or works related to the discharge of Trade Waste; and iv) Inspect records relating to the cleaning and maintenance of all equipment used by the Occupier to discharge trade waste under this Agreement; and v) Inspect the records relating to the method and dates of disposing of residues from that equipment.
