Common use of To Contractor Clause in Contracts

To Contractor. State shall: (a) address all Contract correspondence other than formal notices to the email address indicated as “Default for Type” for “General Mailing Address” in Contractor’s corresponding ProcureAZ Vendor Profile; and (b) address any required notices to Contractor to the “Contact Name and Title” at the “Mailing Address” indicated on the Accepted Offer, as that address might have been amended during the term of the Contract.

Unless stated otherwise in the Special Terms and Conditions, State shall: : (a) address all Contract correspondence other than formal notices to the email address indicated as “Default for Type” for “General Mailing Address” in Contractor’s corresponding ProcureAZ Vendor Profile; and and (b) address any required notices to Contractor to the “Contact Name and Title” at the “Mailing Address” indicated on the Accepted Offer, as that address might have been amended during the term of the Contract.
