to Licensee. The license fee shall terminate on the expiration date of the license or on the date the Licensee returns the Lot gate operator(s) and admittance card(s) whichever occurs last. The fee for this License may be adjusted from time to time beginning January 1, 2000 to whatever fee Licensor is then charging for Lot parking stalls; provided that Licensor shall give thirty (30) days prior written notice of any such increase and Licensee may, within thirty (30) days subsequent to any such increase, terminate this License by giving ten (10) days written notice to Licensor.
