Common use of To Members Clause in Contracts

To Members. Any notice required to be given to a Member under the provisions of this Agreement or by the Act shall be given either personally or by sending a copy thereof: (i) By first class or express mail, postage prepaid, or courier service, charges prepaid, to the postal address of the Person appearing on the books of the Company. Notice pursuant to this paragraph shall be deemed to have been given to the Person entitled thereto when deposited in the United States mail or with a courier service for delivery to that Person. (ii) By facsimile transmission, e-mail or other electronic communication to the Person's facsimile number or address for e-mail or other electronic communications supplied by the Person to the Company for the purpose of notice. Notice pursuant to this paragraph shall be deemed to have been given to the Person entitled thereto when sent.
